website Maintenance

for showit

It's like adding a designer to your team—without actually adding to your team.

Your website always up to date.

you know the Text, photos, buttons, new offers, pricing updates + information that needs to stay current.

Your business changes. Services change. Photos get outdated, links break, new things need to be added + sometimes you just notice something that needs fixing.

Showit website maintenance gives you a designer to send those things to—without starting a new project every time.

Consider your website to-do list handled

When website updates shouldn’t require a whole new project

It's as simple as

You send the form.
i’ll handle the rest

You don’t need to find a designer or start a new project every time something changes. No going back and forth over emails. No waiting for an opening in my schedule. No new proposal, contract or discovery call every time you need something updated.

With website maintenance, you already have a designer in your corner. When something needs changing, fixing or updating, you simply send the form and I take it from there.

Do I need to be a past BMG client?

No. Website maintenance is available to both past Brand Me Gorgeous clients and Showit users whose websites were designed somewhere else. As long as your website is built in Showit, I can jump in, get familiar with your site and start helping with the updates and changes you need.

What can I send you?

Think content updates, photo changes, new sections, design adjustments, links, forms, mobile fixes, troubleshooting and all those smaller website changes that tend to pile up. If you're not sure whether something falls under maintenance, send it over and I'll let you know.

How does the maintenance plan work?

When your website needs something, simply submit the maintenance request form with what you'd like updated. There's no new discovery call, proposal or project booking each time. I'll review your request, take care of the work and let you know when it's finished.

How much maintenance time do I get?

That depends on the plan you choose. The 6-month maintenance retainer includes 2 hours each month, while the 12-month retainer includes 3 hours each month. You'd be surprised how much we can get done in that time. Most website updates are relatively quick, so those hours can cover quite a few changes.

What if I need more time?

Don't worry. Most maintenance requests can be handled within the time included in your plan. If your list is larger or something will require additional time, I'll always let you know before going over your included hours. As a maintenance client, you'll also receive a heavily discounted hourly rate for any additional time you need.

Do my unused hours roll over?

It depends on your plan. Hours included with the 6-month retainer do not roll over from month to month. With the 12-month retainer, unused maintenance time does roll over, giving you more flexibility to save time for months when your website needs a little more attention.

What isn't included in website maintenance?

Maintenance can cover everything from smaller updates and fixes to adding completely new pages to your existing Showit website. What it doesn't include is major strategic restructuring—things like rethinking the overall website strategy, reorganizing the site architecture, significantly changing the visitor journey, or redesigning and rearranging the existing site around a new direction. If a request starts moving into that territory, I'll let you know before we begin and we can figure out the best way to handle it.

How quickly will my updates be completed?

Maintenance requests are completed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once you submit your request, I'll review what you need and get to work. No waiting for a project opening or trying to find space on a designer's schedule.
